09h04 EST: Server goes down according to our monitoring system
09h30 EST: We currently have 1 server down in our Dallas location which will impact some of our customers hosted in that location.
10h05 EST: Looks to be a hardware problem, datacenter staff are working to fix the issue.
10h30 EST: Datacenter has pulled the server out to diag the problem. HDD is not detected.
10h45 EST: Datacenter staff reported HDD failure, server is being rebuilt.
13h45 EST: Server is back online, we still have to reconfigure the server.
17h57 EST: All account have been transferred to a new server.
