We are currently experiencing service degradation with a server in our Europe datacenter. The radios on the affected server will be migrated to a new server to prevent any issues. For the concerned radios, the IP will change (port will remain the same).
If you are using the web player provided by us or the player links from the manager you have no change to do. The expected downtime is less than 5 minutes.
In most case that migration should not cause more than 5 minutes of downtime. If you are using your domain name, please see the instruction below. If you are still experimenting any issue, please contact our support department.
Using your domain name
If you are using your domain name, you will need to update the IP. We, in fact, recommend you to create a CNAME record pointing to your radio hostname. For example, if you radio hostname is 5959.cloudrad.io you can create the following CNAME record at your domain registrar:
radio.yourdomain.com CNAME 5959.cloudrad.io
You can see your radio hostname in the manager at http://manager.cloudrad.io under your radio dashboard.
